Senior Project Management Officer

For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a

Business Admin & Operations

role supports the day-to-day running of the business for the Regional Digital Sales team.

This role supports planning, designing, and delivering initiatives that help the team meet its business and people objectives. It is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the Leadership Team (LT) operating rhythm, including setting up and driving key processes to get work done.

Type of contract : Indefinite

Hours : 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 (40 hours)

Location : Hybrid model (Madrid)

Start Date : December 2025

Salary range : 45K - 50K (According to the candidate's abilities)

Role

Business Operations : Support readiness and execution of processes ensuring efficient management and tight integration across the broader organization.

Organizational Health : Help make the team a great place to work by supporting the readiness and execution of the people agenda and team health initiatives.

Comms & Content : Support execution of team communications, including executive comms, newsletters, all-hands, and meeting presentations. Identify and drive cross-team process improvements.

Special Projects / Programs and Initiatives : Work with key DDS stakeholders to coordinate the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and improve processes to run the business efficiently. Partner with stakeholders from other functions contributing to DDS ROB.

Executive Admin Support : Manage WW calendaring for senior leaders and WW leads, coordinate meetings and agendas, and assist with team logistics and event planning.

AI-Driven Efficiency : Apply basic-level AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity across business operations and administrative support.

Qualifications

6+ years related experience.

Strong virtual team engagement skills.

Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities.

Proven skills in communications, presentation development, and program management.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.

Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and manages priorities effectively.

Confident relationship builder with senior leaders; strong organizational and execution skills.

Exceptional cross-group collaboration and conflict resolution skills.

High integrity, sound judgement, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Familiarity with Microsoft's company culture preferred.

Desirable qualifications include formal training in project / process management, operations, and / or communications.

Proven AI skilling and ability to use basic-level AI tools to drive efficiency in tasks and processes.
