Identify the obligations applicable to the organization both externally, in accordance with sector regulations, and internally, based on corporate policies. Define, evaluate, and monitor the steps necessary for compliance through the analysis of the organization's obligations and responsibilities and compliance monitoring. To achieve this, the established compliance program must be followed, where controls and monitoring measures, along with their corresponding actions and deadlines, will be outlined to act effectively and achieve competent results.

Main Responsabilities :

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS :

Academic Background : University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economic or Similar. Master Degree in Corporate Finance, Compliance, Risk or similar is a plus.
