Overview Are you interested in contributing to a leading technological center where you can add value to companies and institutions through research, development, and industrial innovation?

We provide integral solutions across various sectors, including health and biomedicine, new materials, eco-sustainable production, occupational health prevention systems, waste revaluation, and the use of natural resources.

As our EU Innovation Business Development Manager in Hydrogen, you will work closely with researchers and area managers to define our strategy and promote our capacities to foster collaboration among different entities for R&D&I activities.

Responsibilities Business development, networking, and proposal writing.

Definition of our strategy and priorities within the hydrogen sector and promotion of our capacities and activities.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key players.

Representing our center in European platforms and other thematic and strategic events and conferences.

Analysis of Work Programs, topics, EC documents, regulations, technology platform documents, and research agendas.

Organizing and leading brainstorming and concept development.

Partner search, consortium building, and ensuring the quality of submitted proposals.

Organizing and leading proposal preparation meetings.

Writing and leading proposals, including defining roles allocated to people involved and setting schedules and deadlines.

Internal evaluation of proposals.

Qualifications A M.Sc. in Material Science, Electrolysers, Fuel cells, Energy Systems, or similar is required.

PhD will be viewed favourably.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of proven experience in a material research, process technology, or industry environment with a strong background in public funding.

Experience and knowledge of relevant markets and European industrial ecosystems, including a strong network, will be a plus.

Knowledge of EU funding programmes.

Proven experience in successful writing, submission, and management of EU proposals / bids.
