Workday is looking for an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with Enterprise software expertise to join our Iberia Team.
If you have deep knowledge of Human Capital Management software in Spain & Portugal and possess software presales experience (or related experience presenting and demonstrating HCM applications to a C-level audience), this is your chance to help organizations improve their business operations and employee experience through adoption of a modern and comprehensive Enterprise Management Cloud.
Responsibilities include :
The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
Being a real Account team lead to follow your customers, understand their strategies and help them expand their Workday footprint to support that strategy
Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
To assist sales in the response to RFIs.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge of the Portuguese enterprise software market a plus
Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role
Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR
Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Spanish, Portuguese and English
Other Qualifications
An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired
strong HR functional experience
Experience of presenting administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience
