About the Job

We are looking for an HRBP to work with one of our clients. This role, advises and coaches the leadership team in all People related matters along the People value chain. Together with the business you will develop the People strategy, identify appropriate solutions and ensure their implementation.

As a People Business Partner you will be the contact for Local People Business Partners and act as coordinator for People processes from a global perspective.

What you do

  • Act as a strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in the assigned business areas on People tasks, processes and tools and foster awareness of relevant interdependencies.
  • Provide People consultancy advice on People issues and coordinate and steer People processes on a local level.
  • Create high visibility and constructive, cooperative and trustful relationships with employees and employee representative bodies (e.g. works council).
  • Identify People related business needs, initiate and work with the People Experts on the development of solutions to implement suitable processes and initiatives.
  • Coordinate People topics on an international level in the branches and act as contact to the respective Head of IT.

What you bring

  • Fluent English language skills (written / spoken) as well as fluency in one further language.
  • Understanding of the business that is advised as People Business Partner and engaging in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills also to senior management.
  • High analytical skills and able to drive complex situations.
  • Being proactive and specially, having a strong sense of ownership. Building close partnering relationships etc.
  • More than 5 years of work experience working as an HRBP in an internation environment.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

  • This role is a permament contract for a 1 year service with a real possibility of extension or internalization
