Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist at Turno.ai, you’ll plan and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our products and drive measurable growth. You will manage and grow our online presence, support multi-channel campaigns, and use automation + AI to accelerate output and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to turn insights into campaigns that lift awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a full-time role. Preferred location is our office in Alicante, Spain; we are open to remote or hybrid arrangements for outstanding candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Turno.ai’s online presence (LinkedIn, website, communities).
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns and content across channels.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Analyze performance, report insights, and propose data-backed improvements.
• Bring fresh ideas to strengthen Turno’s brand and narrative in our target verticals.
• Partner with Sales / CS on enablement assets and case-study storytelling.
