Machine Learning Engineer (Infra & Deployment)

Location : Remote (EU / US friendly time zones) | Full-time

At Alinia AI , we build the guardrails that make generative AI safe and reliable for regulated industries such as finance.

We’re looking for an ML Engineer to own our ML infra and take research to production : designing scalable pipelines, deploying LLMs / RAG systems, and powering evaluation guardrails in real-world environments.

What you’ll do :

Build and scale ML infra (training, serving, monitoring).

Deploy LLMs, RAG pipelines, and detectors into production.

Translate research into APIs and reliable services.

Collaborate across research, engineering, and product.

What we’re looking for :

4+ years ML Engineering / MLOps.

Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow).

Cloud + Kubernetes / Docker + CI / CD experience.

Proven track record in production ML deployments.

Bonus : experience with LLMs / RAGs, regulated industries, or compliance frameworks.
