Job Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused boutique assistant to join our team. This role combines sales, luxury client service and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, embodying the spirit of excellence.
- Guide clients through collections, fittings and purchases, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
- Provide product knowledge across couture, wardrobe, accessories and archives.
- Assist during fittings and collaborate with the atelier team when needed.
- Contribute to sales targets, client loyalty and overall success.
Operations & Organization
Maintain a pristine boutique image : elegant and aligned with brand standards.Handle stock efficiently : receiving deliveries, preparing packaging and updating inventory.Support appointments, events and activations in-store.Assist with updates, follow-ups and administrative tasks.Collaboration
Work closely with the Luxury Client Experience Manager.Coordinate with the atelier for alterations, fittings and client projects.Share client insights and provide feedback to strengthen the boutique experience.Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail, sales or hospitality preferred.Proactive, dynamic and solutions-driven; someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative.Strong interpersonal skills : warm, engaging and discreet with clients.Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable.Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).Availability to work part-time afternoons, Tuesday to Saturdays (4 hours / day).What We Offer
