Automation Excellence Specialist

As an Automation Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative RPA solutions that streamline repetitive tasks and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and optimize business processes to identify opportunities for automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to architect scalable and robust RPA solutions
Develop and maintain RPA workflows to ensure alignment with evolving HR system needs

Requirements :

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field

4-6 years of hands-on experience in RPA development

Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism
