We’re looking for an experienced Security Operations Center Lead to drive strategy, innovation, and excellence in our global SOC services — fully remote from anywhere in Spain.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the overall SOC & VOC strategy aligned with business and security goals.

Build and maintain a product roadmap focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement security policies, standards, and incident response procedures.

Security Excellence

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge security measures.

Stay ahead of evolving threats and technologies through continuous research and adaptation.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and risk management standards.

Collaboration & Influence

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Use analytics and KPIs to track SOC performance, drive improvements, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

8–10 years of experience leading SOC operations in complex or multinational environments.

Expertise with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle), EDR (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), and SOAR solutions.

Strong background in Identity & Access Management strategies for large user bases.

Proven project management skills, with experience in large-scale technology migrations.

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence across teams and functions.
