Your mission :

As the first Product Manager hire for Livo, you will work closely with our Co-Founder and CPTO, playing a crucial role in developing and enhancing our vertical healthcare marketplace product. This role requires developing a deep understanding of professionals' and facilities' challenges and working closely with our engineering team to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

This is a hands-on builder position where you will drive product planning, define the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact projects that drive measurable business outcomes and align with Livo's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch optimizations.
• Work closely with the founders to develop and refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Analyze product data to understand user needs and inform product decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize product feedback, bugs, and ideas into a product backlog.
• Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand acquisition, adoption, and retention and help develop solutions to improve these areas.
