IT Team Lead – File Transfer & Middleware Solutions – Las Rozas, Madrid | Hybrid Model

You will join the Application Platform Department Leadership Team and collaborate with teams across Europe. As the subject matter expert for our Managed File Transfer (MFT) enterprise platform , you will support Business IT teams to develop and run applications that power international markets

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the MFT platform strategy on-premise, ensuring secure and stable operations.
• Lead a team of at least 10 people in 3 European countries.
• Manage the roadmap and backlog of MFT features, aligning customer needs with cost-effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with People Managers and Project Managers to foster resource development and achieve product goals.
• Act as ambassador and trusted consultant for DevOps teams, providing expertise and promoting automation.
• Shape team culture, strengthen agile ways of working, and represent the platform across the organization.
