Role Overview As Regional Vice President, Marketing & Sales (m / f / d) – SEMEA, you will lead the strategic development and execution of sales and marketing activities across Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is crucial to DEKRA's mission to ensure safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in industries ranging from automotive and manufacturing to infrastructure, digital solutions, and occupational health & safety.
You will drive profitable growth through an integrated commercial approach, overseeing regional sales performance, client acquisition and retention, go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and cross-border synergies. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the TIC industry with a strong business development mindset and a passion for enabling safe and sustainable progress.
Key Responsibilities Define and implement the regional sales and marketing strategy in alignment with DEKRA's global vision, sustainability targets, and service portfolio priorities.
Lead commercial teams across SEMEA to meet or exceed revenue and margin goals in both traditional (e.g. vehicle inspections, product certification) and emerging services (e.g. cybersecurity, ESG auditing, AI testing).
