HR Internship

A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking for a motivated intern to support our HR efforts across European markets. This internship provides hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry, working closely with our HR team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What do we look for in the ideal candidate?

• Providing administrative support to the HR department.

• Managing employee records and maintaining the HR database.

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.

• 1 Year of internship

Your profile and soft skills should be:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the cosmetics industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• C2 level of English is a must and C1 level of Italian or French plus any European language is preferred.
