Aerospace Engine Solutions Coordinator

Overview

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engine Solutions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful resolution of engine-related issues and risks.

The Solutions Coordinator is responsible for defining and managing integrated planning for issue resolution and risk mitigation, leading teams through root cause analysis, preventive and corrective solution identification, and implementation.

You will be assigned to coordinate engine-related issues and risks, working closely with various Functions (Engineering, Support, Supply, Commercial, Quality) to identify potential solutions and develop integrated plans for their implementation. This includes proposing solutions that are consistent across all Functions, coordinating activities within EPI and PCs, and driving project execution through multiple gates.

In addition to issue and risk coordination, the Solutions Coordinator will also be responsible for change management, including delivery of product changes, maintenance activities, and commercial policy implementation. You will maintain integrated planning and action plans, identify focal points, hold regular meetings, and provide status reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose integrated solutions to engine-related issues and risks
• Lead the resolution of allocated issues to solution implementations
• Manage portfolios of product changes within agreed timeframes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in Programme Management, training in Programme Management tools, and a strong understanding of the aeronautical engine field. Knowledge of the TP400 is a plus, as is fluency in English, leadership skills, hard work, and a solution-driven orientation.
