Specialist - Social Media

Overview The “Specialist – Social Media” will be responsible for executing on social media services. Included can be monitoring social media sites, engaging directly with consumers on social media sites (Social Customer Care) and reporting and providing insights in support of the Social InteraXions solution for their respective program

Responsibilities Execute on social media services including monitoring social media sites, engaging with consumers on social media sites (Social Customer Care), and reporting insights to support the Social InteraXions solution for the respective program.

Qualifications Education - Minimum high school diploma - Preferably : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field

Experience : 0 – 2 years. Required functional experience : online social media presence across multiple social media platforms (active Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter account mandatory) is a must. Author of a personal or business blog is a plus.

Preferable experience : Social Customer Care experience; Marketing experience
