Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Consultant
Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Consultant.
Main responsibilities :
- Analyze client-specific marketing and technology needs to design and implement automated communication processes.
 - Collaborate in implementing Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud development infrastructure.
 - Execute technical and specialized marketing automation tasks for cloud-based solutions.
 - Implement and optimize processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions effectively.
 - Deploy automation developments tailored to cloud implementations.
 - Provide development consulting to ensure smooth operation of automated communication workflows.
 - Develop and implement solutions to enable automated communications across multiple client touchpoints.
 - Participate in adopting the latest marketing technology and cloud solutions.
 - Conduct testing, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in marketing automation and martech tools.
 - Document development processes and monitor system performance metrics.
 - Ensure compliance with agreed-upon software quality standards.
 
Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.Experience in others CDP platforms is a plus.Experience in HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScriptSalesforce certifications are an asset.High level of EnglishWhat we offer
