The Challenge Ahead

CloudTalk is expanding in Tier 1 markets. To accelerate growth, we’ve built a high-impact team in Barcelona, and we’re looking for an Expansion Sales Development Representative (SDR) .

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Expansion Account Executive (AE) and Customer Success team to generate pipeline from existing customers , with a strong focus on upselling AI-powered solutions . Your mission is to deepen relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and drive adoption of CloudTalk’s most strategic products, especially in the AI space.

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine, engaging with customers who already know and trust CloudTalk, showing them how they can get even more value from our platform.

What you will work on

  • Team Collaboration : Work with Expansion AE and Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities within our customer base.
  • Consultative Selling : Lead value-driven conversations, uncover customer needs, and connect them with AI solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Customer Education : Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on CloudTalk’s unique value proposition and innovations.
  • Pipeline generation : Qualify upsell leads, book meetings, and ensure a seamless handoff to the Expansion AE.
  • CRM Mastery : Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in HubSpot, ensuring insights are actionable and the pipeline stays healthy.
