System Analyst

We’re looking for a Systems Analyst with hands‑on experience in AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Microservices to support a leading UK retail brand.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Engineers to refine requirements, clarify technical details, and ensure that user stories are development‑ready. This role bridges business and technical teams — ideal for someone aspiring toward a Solution Architect path.

Key Responsibilities Refine complex or technical user stories with Product and Engineering teams.

Define and validate acceptance criteria aligned with business and platform needs.

Investigate ambiguous requirements and resolve blockers before development.

Maintain clear, version‑controlled documentation of services, flows, and interfaces.

Transition Miro boards and informal notes into structured documentation.

Support impact assessments and ensure changes align with downstream systems.

Skills & Experience Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and microservice architectures.

Strong understanding of systems integration and event‑driven design.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Background working in agile delivery environments.

Exposure to CI / CD and infrastructure‑as‑code principles is a plus.
