We’re searching for a People Partner to help our Product, Design, and Analytics teams grow — not just in size, but in capability, culture, and connection.

This role is all about autonomy — empowering leaders, building roadmaps, solving problems creatively, and finding practical ways to support our fast-moving teams. What You'll Do

Act as a strategic advisor to the Product, Design and Analytics teams, aligning People strategies with business objectives.

Lead talent management, including performance management, development, and succession planning.

Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage change.

Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies.

Utilize data and analytics to inform People strategies and decisions.

Offer coaching and mentorship to all levels of the organization, emphasizing leadership and management development.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

You’ll Need

Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, focusing on technology or product-led environments. Having impactful work results matters more than the number of years of experience.

Strong track record of mentoring and coaching, with an emphasis on building relationships and developing talent.

Innovative mindset with experience in implementing creative HR solutions and experiments.

Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.

Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus but not a requirement. We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
