About the Role :
RateGain powers growth for travel and hospitality brands worldwide. We’re looking for an Event Management Specialist to own our event engine end-to-end—from intimate client dinners and high-value webinars to major trade shows and partner activations. Your work will deepen relationships, amplify our brand, and generate qualified pipeline across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and execute events that align with Brand, PR, and business objectives and drive attendance and engagement, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Co-host events with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, speaking opportunities, content, and promotions.
- Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance.
- Leverage social media and other digital channels to promote events and engage with attendees.
- Analyse event performance metrics and track ROI to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Prepare event reports and recommendations for future improvements and optimisations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Functional KPIs :
Execute 35–40 events annually (mix of trade shows, webinars, owned and partner events).Achieve 75%+ attendance rate among registered participants.Contribute 50–70% of total marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through event channels.Deliver a minimum of 5x ROI on total event investment.Maintain 100% adherence to event timelines and budgets.Achieve an average post-event satisfaction score of 4.5+ / 5 from attendees and partners.Strategic KPIs :
Ensure events influence at least 25% of the quarterly sales pipeline value.Execute a minimum of 10 co-marketing or partner-led events annually.Drive a 15% year-over-year increase in brand visibility across target markets.Introduce at least 2 new event formats or innovative engagement experiences annually.Expand audience reach by 20% year-over-year in unique attendees and new accounts engaged.dience reach by 20% year-over-year in unique attendees and new accounts engaged.Key Competencies :
