About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to take full ownership of acquisition. Your job is simple to describe, hard to execute : make Memorae grow.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Strategy Ownership : Own the acquisition roadmap across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), affiliate, viral loops, and organic channels (SEO, content).
  • Partner with leadership to define acquisition OKRs and scale Memorae’s user base globally.
  • Performance & Funnel Management : Design, execute, and optimize acquisition funnels from ad to conversion.
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion rates , ensuring sustainable growth economics.
  • Collaborate closely with our Data Analyst to interpret results and iterate campaigns.
  • Creative & Conceptual Execution : Lead the conceptualization of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign narratives.
  • Write, review, and iterate marketing copy with a strong voice aligned with Memorae’s brand.
  • Develop CRO-driven landing pages and experiments to maximize conversion rates.
  • Viral & Affiliate Growth : Architect and operate affiliate / referral programs that scale.
  • Design and launch viral growth mechanics (friend-to-friend loops, sharing campaigns, community growth hacks).
  • Organic Growth & SEO : Oversee and execute strategies for organic acquisition, including content and SEO.
  • Identify long-term levers for building brand discoverability and search visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align growth strategy with product capabilities.
  • Report directly to the CEO with clear ownership of acquisition KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition (startup / scale-up experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in scaling acquisition funnels and delivering measurable growth.
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and advanced understanding of attribution models, CAC / LTV management.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO, landing page conceptualization, and A / B testing.
  • Strong copywriting and creative conceptualization skills.
  • Experience launching viral, affiliate, or referral programs.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and organic growth levers.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and comfort working with analysts and data tools.
  • Ownership mentality—you treat acquisition metrics as your own P&L.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
