What you will do

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to design and deliver features that align with business goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimise backend systems, including APIs, databases, and core services.
• Take part in code reviews, offering and accepting feedback to continually raise code quality standards.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture focused on technical growth and excellence.
• Help shape the technical roadmap, ensuring a balance between immediate needs and long-term scalability within an agile, remote-first environment.
