What You’ll Be Doing
Lead market growth by identifying and targeting high‑potential segments, securing specifications and sales for Elevate and Excel products.
Build partnerships, developing trusted relationships with decision‑makers and influencers across the data centre ecosystem.
Win opportunities, qualify new projects, deliver profitable business, and consistently exceed revenue and margin targets.
Strategic planning; create and execute account plans, forecast accurately, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Staying ahead – monitoring competitor activity, attending industry events, and sharing insights to keep us at the forefront.
Drive innovation. Spot new product opportunities and collaborate with marketing and internal teams to maximise impact.
What Success Looks Like
Knowledge of the data centre industry and competitive landscape.
Experience in the Datacom industry.
Ability to influence at all levels and secure specification acceptance.
Ability to build new business streams.
Strong planning, forecasting, and relationship‑building skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
