We are seeking a Production Director (H / M / X) with extensive experience in metallurgical processes, ideally in wire drawing plants or non-ferrous metal transformation, to lead operations with a strategic, operational, and continuous improvement focus.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and coordinate all production areas of the wire drawing plant.- Ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.- Optimize processes and resources to maximize operational efficiency.- Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, quality, and industrial safety departments.- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).- Manage the department budget and ensure control of operational costs.- Motivate, train, and lead multidisciplinary teams.Requirements : - University degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial environments, with at least 5 years in wire drawing plants, foundries, or high-temperature metal forming processes.- Deep knowledge of copper processing, drawing, annealing, and stretching .- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and project management methodologies is a plus.- Technical English – essential.- Fluent Spanish – essential.We Offer : - Permanent contract in a solid, growing company.- Dynamic, safe work environment focused on operational excellence.
