Your mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our social media advertising efforts on a global scale, with a strong focus on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role blends performance-driven strategy with creative leadership, as you'll manage both campaign execution and the development of high-performing ad creatives. You will be reporting to the Digital Ads Manager and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow quickly within our team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with social media advertising (Meta platforms a must; TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels a plus);
• Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and iteration;
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, ad formats, and best practices for social platforms;
• Experience managing the end-to-end creative process (from concept to production, including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters);
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• A blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision making;
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail;
• Interest and / or experience in tech & software;

Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.

REMOTE WORK - You can work 100% remotely or if you prefer, from one of our beautiful offices in Italy (Bologna and Milan), and Germany (Hamburg). We are used and fully structured to onboard people who prefer to work full-time remotely.
