Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media services, including monitoring and engaging with consumers on various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on social media services, which includes monitoring social media sites, engaging directly with consumers on social media sites (Social Customer Care) and reporting and providing insights in support of the Social InteraXions solution for their respective program.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Relevant experience : 0 – 2 years
• Author of a personal or business blog is a plus
• Social Customer Care experience; Marketing experience
