Sales Development Representatives play a vital role in the success of our software business. As we continue to expand and invest, we need talented individuals who can make an impact from day one.
They will be responsible for validating and nurturing leads and customer data quality. They will develop and manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture, and place information of validated leads into our central CRM system.
This is an on-site position that requires strong customer or lead outreach skills. The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and produce results with a strong sense of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture, and place information of validated leads into the central CRM system.
- Pass on marketing qualified leads to the sales team or business partner sales team.
- Plan and manage contact strategies to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention, and reduce churn rates.
- Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the CRM and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns and ensure a fast and efficient lead passing process.
- Maintain accurate and clean customer records in the CRM database, including all interactions, customer contacts, and product ownership information.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.2-4 years' experience of software sales and lead management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Online relationship building skills.A proactive, self-managed, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with CRM systems.Location & Languages :
Based in Madrid, Spain.On-site position.Required languages : English and German fluently - Native German speaker is a plus.
