Tech Customer Support Renewable Energy - Dutch & English - Barcelona

Overview Join our Barcelona Team! We are looking for a teleoperator to provide technical support for a leading company in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What we offer Training : 5-week training starting September 15th, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Paid training : €1,415 gross / month.

Contract : Permanent, 39 hours / week

Salary : Up to €25,000 gross / year (39h / week)

Working Hours : Availability required between 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Work Mode : On-site training and work

Location : C / Sancho de Ávila 105, Barcelona

Based on performance, remote work possible after 6 months

Start Date : September 15th

What we are looking for Native or C2 level of Dutch

High English level (C1–B2 min.)

Preferably background or experience in electricity (technical profile)

Technical associate degree or equivalent education required

Electro-technical qualification preferred

Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) or equivalent experience

Basic understanding of math concepts, including graphs

Interest in PV / Solar technology and systems (inverters, modules, storage, monitoring, e-mobility, etc.)
