Job Summary :
INTERNSHIP Office Management and Admin
JOB ROLE :
Operational Coordination : Assisting with the day-to-day at the reception desk, attending incoming clients and supporting with ordering office supplies and kitchen supplies.
Invoice Management & Payment Tracking : Recording, verifying, and tracking invoices. Maintaining accurate records of payments and receivables.
Data Entry (Office Management and Logistics) : Inputting and updating information in ERP system Sage.
Administrative Support : Organizing documents, managing files, and handling general office tasks.
Project Management : Assisting with tracking deliverables for company-wide projects within the software Asana.
Accounting : Entering invoices into the accounting system and performing administrative tasks.
