Responsibilities
Administer and support Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, user access management, and ongoing improvements.
Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM applications.
Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules; opportunities to work on Apex triggers and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues as second-level support before escalation to senior admins or developers.
Execute data management tasks, including imports, exports, deduplication, and enrichment to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize CRM workflows and system efficiencies.
Assist in system audits, security reviews, and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and access control.
Document best practices, configurations, and integration processes for clear team reference.
Contribute to Salesforce enhancement projects by gathering business requirements and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, permissions).
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules); exposure to Apex and API integrations.
Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales / customer success tools.
Experience managing data within Salesforce (import / export, deduplication, validation).
Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical approach to system improvements.
Eagerness to develop advanced Salesforce skills, including Apex, SOQL, API integrations, and declarative development.
