Overview Join to apply for the Digital Product Management Lead Instructor role at Ironhack. This remote, part-time bootcamp is designed to provide students with a broad foundation in Front-End & Back-End Technologies, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Application Architecture, and Strategic Salesforce Use. The course runs from September 11–26, 2025, Monday through Friday, 3 : 00pm–7 : 00pm CET, with instruction in English for approximately 25 students. The program consists of up to 48 hours of live instruction and 4–6 hours of preparation time.

Responsibilities Deliver live, instructor-led remote sessions (up to 48 hours of teaching).

Prepare and adapt course materials to ensure clarity and engagement.

Teach core concepts in Front-End & Back-End development, Cloud technologies, cybersecurity awareness, SDLC, Salesforce fundamentals, and mobile development basics.

Guide students through interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and a final project.

Provide feedback on student work and support learners in applying their knowledge strategically.

Create an inclusive and collaborative online classroom environment and ensure students can communicate technical concepts effectively, applying strategic thinking to business and technology scenarios.

Support students in the final project and presentation, encouraging problem-solving and professional delivery.

Track attendance, participation, and provide progress updates to the program team.

Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud architecture, or IT strategy.

Solid understanding of web development (front-end & back-end) and cloud computing principles.

Knowledge of secure SDLC practices, cybersecurity fundamentals, and data governance.

Familiarity with Salesforce at a strategic level (capabilities, use cases, integration considerations).

Awareness of mobile development principles (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).

Proven teaching, mentoring, or training experience (remote delivery preferred).

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and contextualize technical topics.

Fluency in English (teaching and communication).

Passion for education, inclusivity, and guiding professionals in technical growth.
