We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the position of Reporting Analyst in our organization.

The Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring customer data quality and consistency across systems and processes.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with Salesforce CRM administration or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Power BI, and strong analytical thinking skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Salesforce CRM processes, including user management and reporting.
• Developing and maintaining Excel models for sales / revenue analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify reporting needs.
