We are seeking a seasoned HR expert to spearhead strategic People Partnerships, aligning with business objectives while fostering a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Collaboration :
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
- Proactively engage with managers, identifying areas of improvement and guiding them through effective people management practices.
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to enhance leadership capabilities and promote best-in-class HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design, implement, and maintain core HR initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and local compliance.
Talent Management & Development :
Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans to drive business outcomes.Promote and facilitate professional growth initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing to enhance employee engagement and retention.Support compensation and benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.Employee Relations & Labor Compliance :
Advise employees and managers on labor laws, internal policies, and HR procedures to prevent conflicts and ensure a fair workplace culture.Partner with stakeholders to resolve employee disputes, including disciplinary actions and mediation.Recruitment & Onboarding :
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier talent and support the selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Academic Background : University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources Management highly valued.Professional Experience : Minimum 4 years in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.Languages : High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.Key Skills :Excellent communication and influencing skills.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset.Proficiency in HRIS tools and performance metrics.Benefits :
