Position

CASHIER

Department : Retail

Reporting to : Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Receive disburse and process all transactions in accordance with the Company policy and protocol while providing outstanding customer service to the Michael Kors customer.
• Customer service
• Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner
• Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies
• Operations
• Compute and record totals of transactions
• Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change
• Issue receipts refunds credits or change due to customers
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
