Position OverviewThe Autodesk Water Infrastructure Renewals Sales Executive role focuses on successfully managing renewals for small and medium‑sized businesses by driving retention and product expansion. We do this by helping our customers successfully utilize their Autodesk Water Infrastructure software so they can derive the maximum benefit from their Autodesk investment and come back for more!
Responsibilities
Promote overall customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
Identify new opportunities to position long‑term subscriptions for qualified customers
Drive customer renewals by engaging customers to drive usage and adoption of our solutions in the onboard, adopt and renew space so they derive maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions
Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
Identify opportunities to expand relationships, up‑selling / cross‑selling new products
Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Autodesk solutions and associated business benefits to address their needs
Recognize “at‑risk” customers and work with cross‑functional teams to establish a path toward success to avoid customer churn
Document all customer activity in Salesforce and other CRM tools required
Deliver accurate forecasts weekly to ensure our success against plans and targets
Require an elevated level of influence over the customer lifecycle through renewal
Travel may be required in the role and attendance is mandatory at corporate, regional and local customer events as directed by your manager
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, renewals, or inside sales within a SaaS or software organization
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a software (SaaS) sales, renewals or customer success position
Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers
Experience working in dynamic, high‑volume environments with cross‑functional teams
Skilled in managing complex customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities in a consultative sales setting
Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills with a passion for customer advocacy
Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in evolving environments, including during or post company acquisitions
Understanding of channel partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
