Senior Investment Director – Madrid

At a prominent residential real estate investment firm, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Investment Director to lead our Acquisition department and drive the growth of our business. This key role will oversee strategy development, team management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution of investment plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
Lead a high-performing team of eight professionals in sourcing opportunities, analyzing pricing, negotiating with agents, and closing transactions
Design incentive plans and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive performance and foster talent
Monitor KPIs and align team goals with broader business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape commercial direction and ensure alignment with market dynamics and profitability targets

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential asset acquisition, investment, or sales, with proven leadership skills

Native Spanish language proficiency and fluency in English

Strategic vision, strong financial acumen, and analytical rigor

Ability to interpret and assess financial models to guide investment decisions
