Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Solutions Expert to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for providing technical support and problem-solving services to distributors and end-users.

You will apply your knowledge of biological, medical, and related expertise to assist customers in optimizing reagent performance, ensuring efficient and accurate laboratory workflows.

In addition to technical support, you will represent us at regional trade shows, academic conferences, and industry events, engaging with clients and potential customers to showcase the technical advantages and applications of our reagent portfolio.

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will drive reagent adoption and growth, participate in product testing, gather user feedback, and contribute to promotional strategies.

Providing technical insights to support the sales team, you will address customer needs from a scientific perspective.

You will deliver training sessions to distributors and end-users on reagent products, including product knowledge, laboratory operation protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

Designing and implementing tailored training programs, you will ensure customers gain proficiency in reagent usage.

Developing and updating technical documentation and training materials related to reagent products, you will ensure accuracy and clarity.

Recording and tracking customer feedback and issue resolution progress, you will provide data-driven insights for product improvements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred;
• Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
• Able to use English as working language;
• Good communication skills and hard working.
