Administration and Finance Specialist

Araner is an engineering company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and is seeking an Administration and Finance Manager to lead the administrative, accounting, and financial department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s economic, tax, and administrative management, with a focus on tax and contractual risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise general and analytical accounting across different countries where projects are executed.

Manage, coordinate, and control local and international tax obligations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding taxes, informative returns, and transfer pricing documentation.

Coordinate and manage administrative and financial processes related to EPC projects (invoicing, collections, payments, project-based reporting).

Prepare and monitor the annual budget, forecasts, cash flow management, and financial reporting to management.

Maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities.

Ensure compliance with commercial obligations and support corporate processes.

Assist in tenders and contracts : conduct tax and financial analysis of bids, review financial clauses, and design efficient tax structures for international projects.

Implement internal control procedures and continuously improve administrative and financial processes.

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administration and finance role, preferably in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.

Practical knowledge of accounting, national and international taxation, VAT, and project management.

High proficiency in English (B2 / C1), both spoken and written.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience in international projects or multicultural environments.

Knowledge of transfer pricing and international taxation.

Experience in contract management and intercompany operations.
