Areas of responsibility

• Acting as a team leader for individual contributors (QA and Software engineers);
• Being responsible for the team's direction, performance and outcomes;
• People and skills management;
• Fostering and advocating for Lean-Agile ways of working;
• Being Lean-Agile change agent;
• Ensuring the product's technical excellence;
• Software and solution architecture;
• Recruitment and retention;
• Onboarding and training;

Ensuring effective collaboration and communication with related functions

Your future tasks will include

Leading internal functional and cross-functional projects to optimize the development process.

You're going to need this to be successful in this role

Advanced level of English

It's nice if you also have

Development experience in different programming languages
