Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Network Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, manage, and support our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of network systems while providing technical expertise for troubleshooting and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless local area networks (WLAN), and virtual private networks (VPN).

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency problems, and security threats.

Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems.

Manage routers, switches, load balancers, and other networking equipment.

Support voice, video, and data communication systems.

Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support business operations and new initiatives.

Provide technical assistance for network-related incidents and service requests.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
