As a Security Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our security operations, ensuring that our systems and data are protected from threats and vulnerabilities. Your expertise will be vital in developing and implementing security measures, responding to incidents, and continuously improving our security posture.

What you do

  • Manage security incidents affecting local infrastructure using global SOC tools.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures, conduct threat prevention, detection, and incident management.
  • Manage tools like SIEM, IPS, WAF, Endpoint security solutions, PAM, etc.
  • Conduct vulnerability management, including analysis, prioritization, follow-up on reported vulnerabilities, and monitor the vulnerability management program coverage.
  • Monitor hardening policies deployment status and manage exceptions.
  • Improve workplace security measures and controls;

define and maintain security KPIs, generate reports, and create dashboards.

  • Execute security controls and proactively identify and implement improvements;
  • participate as a security engineer in company projects.

    What you bring

  • Experience managing tools like SIEM, IPS, Endpoint security solutions, PAM, with experience in incident management and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of security architecture, including SSO architectures, basic cryptography, network architecture, and remote access.
  • Knowledge of securing operating systems (Microsoft, Linux) with basic knowledge of user repositories (Active Directory).
  • Experience in securing cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, including threat prevention, detection, and incident management.
