Overview Supply Chain Transformation Analyst or Consultant | Barcelona — Join Miebach to drive large-scale Supply Chain Transformations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to cost savings across multiple industries in an international environment. The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to model current processes, identify pain points, develop solutions, and support implementation activities. Domestic travel may be required depending on project needs.
Responsibilities Data Analysis : Collect, inspect, clean, transform, and model client data to identify the current operational status, pain points, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
Solution Development : Collaborate with the team (senior consultant and project director) to develop solutions, strategies, and scenarios; deep-dive into technical aspects, calculate savings, evaluate options, and build roadmaps or support the implementation process.
Implementation Support : Aid clients in understanding or implementing the selected solutions, working with project teams to ensure successful execution.
Client Engagement : Track delivery and validation activities from the client side, maintain effective communication, and manage client expectations.
Documentation : Create, update, and maintain project documentation for clients and internal reference.
Project Tracking : Monitor task progress and share planning or execution risks with the Project Director.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in internal projects to identify, analyze, and improve internal processes or services to increase efficiency and quality while minimizing waste.
Offer / Tender Support : Contribute to offers and tenders development as project workload allows.
Qualifications Engineering, Bachelor's, or Master's in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus : Coupa - Supply Chain Design Foundations, Coupa - Supply Chain Network Optimization, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt, Data Analytics.
0 to 2 years in supply chain consulting, logistics, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts and best practices; experience modeling optimization problems or using supply chain design tools is desirable.
Proven project management experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
Fluent in Spanish and English; French, Portuguese, or German is a plus.
