Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Technical Lead.
Main Tasks :
- Lead CTI integrations and related software in CRM implementations.
- Support sales team with CTI, Contact Center, Voice, and Multichannel solutions.
- Collaborate with Innovation in evaluating new voice technologies for CRM.
- Gradually take a lead role in Salesforce environment projects.
- Coordinate development teams (REST, SOAP, API).
- Participate in analysis, documentation, testing, and support tasks.
- Act as a consultant for CTI environments.
- Manage relationships with CTI vendors.
- Work with various platforms, focusing on Salesforce applications.
Required Experience :
At least 3 years in a similar role.Over 5 years in CTI solutions projects / maintenance.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Genesys.High level of English proficiency.What We Offer :
