We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Hungarian to provide technical assistance to a project with a world-leading software development company.

If you have relevant experience or have developed as an IT Technician and are interested, do not hesitate to apply!

Requirements :

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Native) + Hungarian
• Training or experience in IT technologies / products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
• Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
