Role Overview
Senior Back Office Engineer with solid experience in Core CS Network operations and maintenance to join a strategic NOC support project.
Work Type : On-site or Remote (Outside Madrid)
Availability : 24x7 Support (on-call and night shifts)
What you will do
- Provide 2nd line operations and maintenance support for the Core CS network.
- Proactively analyze and propose service and KPI improvements.
- Lead technical taskforces and coordinate complex, multi-department projects.
- Act as the central technical point of contact for critical incidents and major changes.
- Implement network changes following ITIL processes.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team expertise.
- Participate in emergency calls alongside the Incident Manager for issue resolution coordination.
What you are like
Prior experience working on the MasMovil Network (preferably within a NOC) is highly valued.Minimum 3 years in Core Network maintenance and operations, ideally in the MM NOC in Romania.Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support.English : Minimum level C1.Technical Expertise
