Real Estate Legal Specialist I

Position : Real estate legal specialist. You are responsible for handling the domestic legal issues of real estate with occasional support in other legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and various other types of store related agreements (e.g. with building contractors, suppliers of store materials, maintenance and security companies, etc.).
• Advising on lease issues and handling claims.
• Addressing public law matters (e.g. environmental permit, zoning plan).
• Provide legal training to colleagues, ensuring alignment with local regulations and the Company’s policies.
• Provide support where necessary on any other domestic legal matter.
• Position based at the country office with (partly) remote working possible.
• Formal reporting to the legal manager within the real estate department.
• Occasional interactions with fellow lawyers in other countries where Action operates.
