Overview
Broker Relationship Leader role at Zurich Insurance. This position sits in the Customer and Distribution Management (CDM) area of CI Spain, a cross-functional role with exposure to external brokers and internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and claims, and coordination with the global Zurich Distribution team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with assigned brokers (organize interactions, prioritize according to the strategy)
- Monitor and resolve ongoing issues
- Coordinate with internal teams involved in assignments
- Act as the main contact between brokers and Zurich and respond to and channel broker requests
- Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities
- Address potential conflicts
- Keep information updated to ensure effective broker management
