Overview
Under the supervision of the Admissions and Scholarships Manager, we are looking for an administrative and customer-service profile who will help with the day-to-day operations of the admissions office, building interest and excitement among candidates, and helping them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Advise and provide students with information about programs delivered on the Valencia campus, including the admission process, eligibility requirements, tuition, scholarships and financial aid.
Engage with and build excitement among the candidates, help them through the process from application to enrollment, and keep them engaged throughout the entire process.
Explain institutional policies and enrollment process to applicants, students, and their families.
Assist students in completing admission forms and answering questions related to the admissions and enrollment process (via phone and email).
Conduct guided campus tours for prospective students, detailing on-campus facilities and resources and available degree options.
Assist with the review and filing of supporting materials, including transcripts.
Schedule interviews with applicants.
Help with logistics of Admissions events and other institutional recruitment functions.
Support enrollment technology data maintenance projects, including data entry, cleanup, and updates to ensure accurate student records in institutional systems.
Assist in the creation of reports, and data analysis to support strategic planning and operational needs.
Monitor and track applicant data across systems, develop and maintain dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the CRM for compliance and institutional reporting purposes.
Provide some visa support to applicants if needed.

Requirements, Knowledge, Experience, And Skills
We seek applicants who can demonstrate experience in sales and roles with a strong administrative focus, have an excellent level of English and a solid commitment to student service. Ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs, managing data, and performing basic data analysis. They should have a passion for music and the arts that they can convey to others, be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and can multitask in a fast paced setting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required
English fluency (C1 minimum or native)
A minimum of one year of professional experience in administrative roles
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Knowledge of and experience with CRMs, Google Suite, and MS Office
Capacity to prioritize projects and remain calm during peak periods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and outgoing attitude and great team spirit
Detail oriented
Ability to meet a flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and / or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the following areas : college admissions, music or another artistic discipline, higher education administration
Spanish skills
Previous study abroad or other significant international experience
Experience in using Mac computers
This is an administrative and sales oriented role, and candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate relevant previous experience.
