The Proposal and Contract Management Team (PCM Team) in the Professional Services division is responsible for the preparation of proposals / contracts through to their delivery to the customer. Controlling activities in Salesforce, Excel, and company-specific policies round out the scope of work.

Responsibilities

• You will create various proposals in MS Word based on submitted input sheets and, if necessary, communicate closely with the relevant initiators.
• You will review the calculations associated with the respective proposal for mathematical accuracy.
• You will assume tasks such as controlling profitability and obtaining approvals and permits.
• You will collect and process information and coordinate with various departments (e.g., Legal, Finance).
• You will manage and maintain digital filing.
• You enjoy communicating and coordinating across departments and always maintain an overview of individual projects.
